  • Foreign Driver’s License and Short – Term Visa: You must hold a valid foreign driver’s license and a short – term visa, such as a tourist or business visa. This allows you to legally drive in China during your short stay.
  • Limited Driving Duration: You plan to drive in China for no more than 3 months. This temporary license is designed for short – term driving needs.

Required Documents

To apply for the Temporary Chinese Driver’s License, you’ll need to gather the following documents:
