Hi, I might not be at home when delivery arrives. Does anyone have experience with failed delivery attempts in China? What typically happens and how do I reschedule delivery?
Usually, if you miss the delivery, the courier calls your phone (so keep your phone reachable). If you miss multiple attempts, they sometimes leave your parcel in a Fengchao (package locker) nearby. You can also contact courier directly by app or call him back to reschedule delivery easily.
