I ordered a few skincare products from Korea on Tmall Global. Tracking info said my package has been stuck on Customs Clearance for five days now. Should I worry? What should I do next?
Usually customs clearance for imported items in China can take from a few days to around a week. Deployment of products like skincare or cosmetics often gets extra checks. If it exceeds 7-10 days, contacting the seller’s customer service is recommended. For now, just stay patient a few more days.
