Hello, this is my first time ordering from Taobao. I successfully placed an order, but now I’m confused about how to track my shipping status. Could anyone advise how or where to track my parcel?
Hey there! You can find the tracking number in your Taobao App under your order details. Usually clicking the order status directly links you to the Cainiao tracking webpage. Also, websites such as 17track.net support Taobao tracking numbers too, if you prefer English.
